Product/Service and Price List

WILTER ASSOCIATES (and our trading partner WA-GLOBAL) (and hereinfater referred to as Us or Our or We) provides professional Services to consumers and business customers (Customers or You or Your), and all Services provided and charges made for those Services will have been detailed Our Letter of Engagement and accepted by You prior to the commencement and delivery of any Services by Us to You.

Our Services: comprise a range of professional services including, but not limited to, architecture, interior design, property development, roof terrace and garden design, green roof design, graphic design, and advertising, marketing, branding and general business consulting.

Our Price List: Our Services are provided either on the basis of per hour rates, details of which are contained in Our Letter of Engagement, and currently range from £35 to £110 per hour depending upon the profession, expertise and seniority of the consultant.; or a percentage fee based upon the cost of implementation, again details of which are contained in Our Letter of Engagement.

WILTER ASSOCIATES, through Our online payment processing partner PayPal, accepts payments for Services as detailed above and as more particularly described in the Letter of Engagement, for the following trading entities: AccentBDA, Bizney, Urban Lifetile, Urban Roof Gardens, WA Creative, WA-GLOBAL Management and Wilter Associates.

Delivery Policy

All Services are provided directly to the Customer, and any copies of documents, worksheets, proposals, presentations, etc, are available online to the Customer through Our extranet inVue. If You wish to register for a username and password to Our inVue extranet You can email support@wa-global.com quoting Your unique Customer ID.

Refund/Return Policy

All Services provided by Us to Customers are fully warranted by Our comprehensive range of indemnity policies: Public and Products Liability, Employer's Liability and Professional Indemnity. If You encounter any issues or problems relating to the delivery of Services provided by Us, You are asked in the first instance to contact the named Account Manager who will have been detailed in Our Letter of Engagement. We will always work with You to resolve any issues speedily and amicably.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may at any time cancel the delivery of Services by Us and this is detailed in Our Letter of Engagement. For the purposes of this section, upon receipt of written or emailed notice by You to Us, We will immediately cease delivery of Services and will render You a final invoice covering the Services up to and including the date upon which We received Your notice of termination. Upon full settlement of that invoice Our contractual relationship will be deemed to be terminated and no continuing liability will be expected by either You or Us.

Privacy Policy

We do NOT store any financial information about our clients.

How We collect information about You

When You visit Our website We collect Your IP address and standard web log information such as Your browser type and the pages You accessed on Our website. If You accept Our Letter of Engagement, We will also collect from You Your name, address, phone, email, Skype ID and other similar information. We may also require You to provide additional information We can use to verify Your identity and to manage risk such as Your date of birth, NI number or other information. We may also obtain information about You from third parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services. When You are using Our Services We may also collect information about Your use of these Services and We may also collect additional information from or about You in other ways not specifically described here, for example, through the use of Our online surveys.

How We use cookies

When You access Our website, We, or companies We hire to track how Our website is used, may place small data files called "cookies" on Your computer. Some cookies are short-term only and simply prevent You from having to logon repetitively to password-protected pages, and these cookies are deleted immediately You close Your browser. We may also use longer-lasting cookies for other purposes such as to display Your email address on Our login form so that You don't need to retype the email address each time You login to Your account. We encode Our cookies so that only We can interpret the information stored in them. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymised so that it does not identify a specific user. How We share personal information with other WA-GLOBAL users

To process Your payments We need to share some of Your Personal Information with the company that You are paying. Only Your contact information will be shared for this purpose. We will at no time store or record any financial information about You such as your bank account details or details of any credit cards or online payment accounts You may have.

How We share Personal Information with third parties

We may share Your Personal Information with:

  • Service providers under contract who help with parts of Our business operations such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing and technology services.Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use Your information in connection with the services they perform for Us and not for their own benefit
  • Credit bureaus to report outstanding negative balance accounts as allowed by law Companies that We plan to merge with or be acquired by but before We share any Personal Information in this way We will contact You for written authorisation
  • Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when We are compelled to do so by court order or similar legal procedure; We need to do so to comply with law; We believe in good faith that the disclosure of Personal Information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of Our Terms and Conditions; or other third parties with Your consent or direction to do so

We will not sell or rent any of Your Personal Information to third parties in the normal course of doing business and will only share Your Personal Information with third parties as described in this policy.
