INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR ORGANISATION
At inVue we respect our Members' right to privacy. Our relationship with our Members is our most valuable asset and is the very basis of our name and reputation. We understand the importance our Members place on the confidentiality and security of information that identifies them or their account information. We refer to and treat this information as "Member Information."
Our commitment

At inVue we are committed to protecting the confidentiality of any Member Information you share with us:

We use Member Information in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which we requested it, for example, we will use the information you give us to process your requests or to provide you with additional information about products and services;

We limit the collection and use of Member Information to what is necessary to administer our business and to deliver superior service to you, and the inVue site does not collect information about our Members except when you specifically and knowingly provide it;

We protect your Member Information by placing it on the secure portion of our Web site and we ensure that each Member of each instance enters a unique Username with an associated Password each time that Member wishes to access their account;

We do not sell Member Information to anyone and we will only share Member Information with others as stated herein, unless we give you additional notice or ask for your permission;

We do reserve the right to disclose or report Member Information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, or to protect our rights or property;

We will place on our web site from time to time links to other web sites but we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other web sites;

We will promptly update our records if you identify any error in your Member Information or need to make a change to that information.

Your own information stored in inVue

All Member Information and data uploaded to inVue by the Subscribing Organisation which includes, but is not limited to, contacts, email, appointments, tasks, projects, documents, and timesheets will remain the sole property of the Subscribing Organisation, its Members or any organisation with rights therein. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
